How do I use a credit/debit card or Apple Pay on the checkout page?
Log in to your Moneta Funded account.
Choose your desired account size and evaluation model.
Fill in all required billing information.
Proceed to the checkout page.
Select “Credit Card” (Visa/Mastercard) or “Apple Pay” as your payment method.
Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete the payment.

A cryptocurrency payment allows you to transfer funds using digital currencies via blockchain technology. When making a payment, it is absolutely essential to select the correct network and account for gas fees to ensure a successful transaction.
How do I make a cryptocurrency payment on the checkout page?
Log in to your Moneta Funded account.
Choose your account size and evaluation model.
Fill in all required billing information.
Proceed to the checkout page.
Select “Cryptocurrency” as your payment method.
Follow the prompts to complete the payment with your chosen cryptocurrency and network.
Which networks and cryptocurrencies are supported? Through our payment gateway, we support a wide variety of blockchains and coins.
Supported Networks: Ethereum Mainnet, Solana, Tron, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Base Chain, Ton, and Bitcoin.
Supported Cryptocurrencies: ETH, USDC, USDT, WETH, DAI, SOL, BTC, BNB, MATIC / POL, TRX, TON, ARB, and AXM.
IMPORTANT factors to keep in mind before you pay: To avoid issues or permanent loss of funds, please make sure:
✅ Exact Coin: You send payment using only the exact coin shown on the checkout page.
✅ Exact Network: You use only the network specified at checkout.
✅ Gas Fees: You manually add the gas/network fee on top of the amount shown. The amount displayed at checkout must be received in full. If your wallet deducts gas fees from the payment amount, it will result in an underpayment and delay your account issuance.

Important for customers in Iraq: Due to payment provider risk restrictions, card and Apple Pay payments are currently unavailable for customers located in Iraq. At this time, cryptocurrency is the available payment method for completing a purchase.

How long does it take for a cryptocurrency payment to go through?
Most crypto payments are confirmed within 10–15 minutes. However, during heavy blockchain congestion, it can take up to 24 hours. Please allow sufficient time before assuming your payment failed.
What if I made a partial payment?
If your payment was slightly under the required amount (often due to gas fees being deducted from the total), you will receive an email with instructions. You may be able to pay the remaining balance, or you can reach out to our support team for additional assistance. Note: If no action is taken within the invoice timeframe, the transaction may expire.
Why do crypto payments sometimes fail?
Common reasons include:
Network congestion
Wallets batching or delaying transactions
Gas fees being deducted from the payment amount (resulting in underpayment)
Sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network
