How Often Can I Request a Payout?
One Step Daily follows a daily payout schedule. It does not use the legacy 1-Step 14-day payout interval. Once the account is eligible for payout and the payout option is available in the dashboard, a payout can be requested under the One Step Daily daily schedule.
Maximum Payout Request
Account size | Maximum payout request per payout |
$50,000 | $1,000 |
$100,000 | $2,000 |
The payout cap is the maximum amount that may be requested in a single payout request for the applicable One Step Daily account size.
Payout Requirements
Profit split: 88% to the trader.
The account must have sufficient available profit to meet the standard payout requirements.
Minimum payout amount: $100 for most payout methods and $500 for Rise.
All positions must be closed before a payout request is submitted.
KYC must be completed before the first payout.
The payout request is subject to the standard internal compliance and trading review.
How Long Does Processing Take?
Payouts are normally processed within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and international public holidays.
Some requests may take longer if additional review is required, including a trading/risk review, account-association check, compliance review, or risk interview. In those cases, the Risk Team will contact the trader directly once an update is available or additional information is required. Support and BDMs do not have visibility into an active Risk Team review and cannot provide a more specific timeframe.
Payout Methods
Crypto - minimum $100, using the currently supported networks shown in the payout interface.
Direct payout to a Moneta Markets account, subject to the applicable Moneta Markets payout options.
What Happens to My Maximum Loss After a Payout?
Once a One Step Daily payout is approved, the Maximum Loss Level locks at the original starting balance. This is the same Maximum Loss Lock Upon Payout rule used for applicable Instant Funding and Instant Funding Pro accounts.
The lock happens when the payout is approved, not when the payment transfer is completed.
$50K example: If the account has $52,000 and a $1,000 payout is approved, the Maximum Loss Level locks at $50,000. After the payout is deducted, $51,000 remains, leaving a $1,000 buffer.
$100K example: If the account has $103,000 and a $2,000 payout is approved, the Maximum Loss Level locks at $100,000. After the payout is deducted, $101,000 remains, leaving a $1,000 buffer.
Always consider the remaining balance after your payout request and leave sufficient room above the locked Maximum Loss Level.
Refund Bonus
The Challenge registration fee is refunded after the trader successfully reaches the 4th payout on the same account, following the same refund structure as the legacy 1-Step.
