How Our Refund Policy Works

Moneta Funded maintains a clear refund policy regarding its challenge accounts to ensure transparency and fairness for all traders. Once a challenge account has been traded on, Moneta Funded does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, customers who have not yet executed any trades on their purchased challenge account may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. To do so, the request must be submitted in writing, either through email or via live chat support. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our evaluation process while allowing flexibility for users who have not yet engaged with their account.

We strongly encourage all prospective traders to carefully review our Terms and Conditions before purchasing a challenge account to ensure full understanding and alignment with our policies and expectations.
