Moneta Funded provides a very competitive affiliate program available to all users. Through our affiliate program, traders can earn commission on each referral they deliver to Moneta Funded. Additionally, traders have the opportunity to earn recurring commission for any subsequent purchases made by their referral. This article reviews the details of our affiliate program.

  3. Once the contract is completed, affiliates will be issued a unique referral code to share with potential customers.

  4. Once a referral purchases using the affiliate's code, the affiliate will receive commission on this sale and any purchases from their referral.

  5. Affiliate earnings can be tracked via our affiliate software, CellXpert.

What This Means for You

  • First-Order Commission is awarded when a referred trader pays their initial fee (e.g. challenge or sign-up fee) through your link.

  • Lifetime Commission gives you ongoing commission on any additional purchases or challenges the referred trader makes.

  • Your referred users also get a discount, which can incentivize sign-ups when promoted to them.

  • As you refer more traders and climb tiers, both your commissions and the perks you can offer increase, making your affiliate links more attractive and rewarding.

What Moneta Expects from Affiliates — Guidelines & Ethical Use

While Moneta Funded doesn’t publicly list a rigid “code of conduct” beyond standard terms (on the affiliate page), based on its structure and common practices in prop-firm affiliate programs, the following expectations apply:

  • You should refer genuine, interested traders, not fake accounts or “self-referrals” to abuse the system.

  • You must honestly represent the program: describe the risks involved in trading, the challenge structure, and the fact that funded accounts are earned, not guaranteed — misleading promotion could lead to dissatisfied referrals or refunds.

  • Use the CellXpert dashboard for accurate tracking of referrals, and ensure that links are properly shared so credits are assigned correctly.

  • Respect the terms & conditions and risk disclaimers of Moneta Funded (e.g., ensuring you are not promoting to restricted jurisdictions). On their site, Moneta states it does not operate in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory and compliance reasons.

  • Maintain transparency with your audience — properly disclose that you are earning commission via your referral link (as required by many jurisdictions’ affiliate-marketing regulations/FTC guidelines).

What to Know Before You Join — Considerations & Risks

  • While the commissions can be attractive (up to 22% + lifetime commissions), your earnings depend heavily on how many real traders you refer and whether they stay active. Conversion is not guaranteed.

  • The audience you refer must understand that a “challenge” or funded account involves risk and is not a guarantee of profit. Any claim to the contrary risks unhappy referrals.

  • The affiliate model in the prop-trading space can be competitive. You may need to invest in marketing, honest content, and targeted outreach to attract real, interested traders rather than just clicks. This is common across prop-firm affiliate programs.

  • Regulatory and compliance restrictions apply: Moneta Funded prohibits clients from certain countries. Promoting into those jurisdictions could lead to issues.
