Account Violations:
Daily Loss Limit: 4% loss of either equity or balance is the maximum amount of loss that can occur within a 24 hour trading period. Violating this rule will result in a hard breach of your account.
For example: For a $100,000 account, your equity or balance cannot drop below $96,000.
Maximum Loss limit: 10% loss of either equity or balance is the maximum amount of loss that can occur across multiple trading days (i.e., 1 or more trading day). Please note that maximum loss cannot be used within a single trading day. Violating this rule will result in a hard breach of your account.
