After purchasing your account, you will need to Set up the trading platform you selected during checkout (either MT5 or Match-Trader).
Ⅰ. Match-Trader Setup Guide:
Match-Trader is available in both web and mobile versions. Choose the version you prefer and proceed.
(For the mobile version, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.)
Step 1: Get Your Credentials
You can find your credentials in your dashboard by following the steps shown in the images below:
- Click the Key icon 🔑
- Your credentials will be displayed here
Step 2: Launch Match-Trader
- Head over to Trading Resources ⟶ Then Trading platforms
- Then Click on Launch
You will be redirected to the login page where you can enter your credentials and access your account.
(If you prefer the mobile version, download it from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in using the same credentials.)
Ⅱ. Account First Setup Guide
1) Log in to Match-Trader using the email address and password provided to you. You can find these credentials in your dashboard, as explained above.
2) Select your broker from the list
A pop-up will appear displaying Moneta Markets ⟶ select it
3) Click on Continue
(Note: The app may ask you to log in again after this step. This is normal — please log in again.)
And there you go the Account is ready for use.
Ⅲ. Account Deletion Guide
1) Click on the three-dot where it says More
2) Go to Account Settings
3) Navigate to the Security section
Then Click on Delete Account
After that step, an account is permanently removed.
Data Deletion Policy
Upon a user's request for data deletion, all of their associated information is thoroughly removed from our systems, with the exception of their Email, Name, and Surname. These particular details are retained in our database informing only when the user requested deletion of their account for the duration of the app's current existence, ensuring continuity and compliance with our data retention policies. This data can be removed on demand.
