Second Chance Promotion
For a limited time, eligible $5K and $10K 2-Step Challenges come with a second chance.
If you breach Phase 1 of an eligible 2-Step Challenge purchased during the promotion period, a new promotional free challenge will be issued automatically based on the account size described below. A new promotional challenge is issued automatically according to the account size described below.

For a $10K eligible challenge, the Second Chance account is still a free $5K Challenge. Only the drawdown configuration is preserved from the original eligible challenge.
Do I Need to Claim the Second-Chance Account?
No manual claim is required. The promotional account is issued automatically when the eligible Phase 1 breach is processed.
Where Can I Find My Promotion Account Credentials?
Go directly to your Moneta Funded trading dashboard.
The replacement challenge is created automatically, but the welcome email containing the new account credentials may not be delivered. Navigate to your trading dashboard and copy the credentials for the new $5K challenge from there.
If the promotional challenge does not appear after the qualifying breach has been processed, contact our 24/7 Support Team so we can review the account.
What Rules Apply to the Free Challenge?
The promotional account is a $5K 2-Step Challenge. The standard 2-Step Challenge rules and objectives apply to the new account.
The drawdown configuration remains the same as the original eligible challenge. The promotional account does not switch between the 4/8 and 5/10 drawdown configurations.
There is no Payout cap on the free retry $5K 2-step challenge account received

Example Scenarios
Example 1 - $5K account:
A trader has an eligible $5K 2-Step Challenge and breaches Phase 1. The system automatically issues a new free $5K 2-Step Challenge. The trader opens the dashboard and copies the new credentials there.
Example 2 - $10K account:
A trader has an eligible $10K 2-Step Challenge and breaches Phase 1. The second-chance account is a free $5K 2-Step Challenge. It is not a replacement $10K Challenge.
Example 3 - $5K 5/10 drawdownA trader purchases an eligible $5K 2-Step Challenge with the 5/10 drawdown configuration and breaches Phase 1. The system automatically issues a free $5K 2-Step Challenge with the same 5/10 drawdown configuration.
Example 4 - $10K 5/10 drawdownA trader purchases an eligible $10K 2-Step Challenge with the 5/10 drawdown configuration and breaches Phase 1. The replacement is a free $5K 2-Step Challenge with the same 5/10 drawdown configuration.
Example 3 - No welcome email:
The trader receives the Second Chance notification but cannot find an email with MT5 or platform credentials. This does not mean the promotional account was not issued. The trader should open the Moneta Funded dashboard and retrieve the credentials from the new challenge account shown there.
