Account Violations

Daily Loss Limit

The maximum loss within any 24-hour period is 5% of your balance or equity, whichever is higher.

While the Daily Loss Limit is calculated based on your Balance or Equity, whichever is higher, a violation occurs if your Equity drops below the calculated Breach Level.

Example:

For a $100,000 account, a 5% Daily Loss Limit means the breach level would be $95,000.

Your Equity must not fall below $95,000 within a single day.

Maximum Loss Limit (Static)

The maximum cumulative loss across all trading days is 10% of balance or equity, whichever is higher.

This limit cannot be used within a single trading day. Exceeding this limit (including floating losses) will result in an account breach.

While the loss limit is calculated based on your Balance or Equity, whichever is higher, a violation occurs if your Equity drops below the calculated Breach Level.

Example:

For a $100,000 account, your equity must not fall below $90,000 across all trading days.
